DESCRIPTION:The Seth Strong Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides support to local families experiencing a life-threatening illness of a child in order to ease the financial burdens of medical expenses\, living expenses\, and possible loss of caregiver employment. Due to the challenges we all faced in 2020\, we were unable to hold our annual Mother Son Kickball Tournament or the Halloween 5K.  Yet despite those challenges\, we were still able to continue to assist families and provide scholarships to graduating Smithson Valley seniors through funds raised from our past events.  2021 is a new year and we are ready to replenish those funds by bringing you a safe and socially distanced 5K for the entire family.  As a community we can continue to...help children walk through the challenges they face after being diagnosed with life threatening illnesses!\n\n* This is an in person event rain or shine. No refunds\, no exchanges.
