If you’ve got a hankering for good food and great brews, you’ll love the 3rd Annual Alamo Showdown Cook-Off!
Teams will compete with their best one-pot recipes using ALAMO Beer!
This year’s teams include but are not limited to Rio Rio Cantina, Take5Pasta, Wyndham Riverwalk, The Box Street Social, Westin Riverwalk Hotel, Omni La Mansion, Kiolbassa, Hyatt Regency and last year’s champion Take5Pasta.
Proceeds from this event support the university’s scholarship program. Sponsored by Culinaria, La Gloria, Alamo Beer Company, Kiolbassa, Fruteria, San Antonio Restaurant Association, and El Machito.
