The event is sanctioned by the International BBQ Cookers Association.

All Proceeds from this event will go towards Local Scholarships:
VFW's Post 7110 Scholarship Funds
and
National programs:

The Post will be selling Lunch Plates of BBQ Chicken, Sausage, Small Red Potatoes, Pinto Beans, Pickles, Onions and Bread for $7.00 a Plate - Beverages Not Included. The VFW will be selling the Ice and Beverages.
