Description
Summer ITP is our training program we offer during the summer break session. Athletes ages 5 - 14 will develop skills in multiple gymnastics disciplines while in a small group setting. They will work on warm up, individual skills, tumbling, gymnastics, acrobatics, weight training and conditioning.
Summer ITP is held Monday-Friday each week beginning June 1st and ending August 14th. We will not have Summer ITP the week of June 29th-July 3rd. Summer ITP will begin each morning at 9:00am with drop off as early as 8:45am and we will finish at 2:45pm. Sign up online or through our Full Out App!
