Description
Please join us at this meeting. This will be a working meeting:
- Prepare Sponsor packages to deliver later in the week - tickets, VIP badges.
- Prepare Coloring Contest packages to go back to the schools.
- Sign up to volunteer at the Rodeo work days. Feb 1 and 2nd
- Pick up Raffle Tickets to sell.
