In today’s highly competitive, fast changing business environment, success requires having a focused plan and direction that guides your business decisions. A basic plan helps you react to market changes without losing sight of your primary objectives.
In this six week workshop, you can identify the needs of your customers / clients; learn the details about your competition; define the specifics of your offering and how to create the experience your customers want; determine the funding requirements of your business; and outline your marketing plan.
The Presenter: Diane DeSimone, Ph. D.
Doctorate in International Marketing; Business Owner; Educator
Dr. DeSimone’s background includes working in a variety of businesses where she has experienced the rapid changes in the business environment. Her education credentials include a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and Marketing from Purdue University; a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame; and a Doctorate in International Marketing from The Union Institute.
