Dog Day Afternoon at Specht's Store
Description
Specht's Store is going to the dogs, and tongues and tails are wagging about the fun, frolic and K9 friendly activities that are planned.
- Bulverde Humane Society will bring adoptable dogs looking for fur-ever homes
- Scent detection dog demonstrations and baked snickerpoodle cookies from K9 Country Club and Training Academy
- Paws4Hearts canine and human therapy
- Free family photos with your best K9 friend by Vintage Muah Photography
- Pooch Parade at 3pm, dress your best friend in costume to win great prizes
- From 3-4pm, come meet Fiesta K-9 Royalty, El Rey Fido, and King Anbarkio
- Silent auction with all proceeds going to the Bulverde Humane Society
- The folks from real Ale Brewing will be on hand sampling Hans' Pils, a German-style pilsner.
