Fall Veggie Workshop at Spring Creek Gardens

Come out for our Fall Veggie Workshop at Spring Creek Gardens! Lee Franzel will be here to talk about fall vegetable gardening—soil prep, amendments and added nutrition. Then planting dates, which ones do well in the fall and into the winter.

Lee Franzel is a Comal Master Gardener who received his Texas Vegetable Specialist Certification from A&M AgriLife. Lee is a Spring Branch resident and has a large raised-bed vegetable garden. He speaks on gardening at the local libraries and garden clubs. He writes a gardening column in Spring Branch Neighbors and Canyon Lake Living magazines. Lee enjoys an interactive session with lots of participation by attendees. A printed handout will be given to attendees. Questions and comments will be welcomed and encouraged!
