Description
Whether the loss is from the passing of a loved one or seeing a loved one losing memory to Alzheimer's/ Dementia disease, dealing with a new normal can be difficult. This interactive discussion works through healthy coping, ways to bust stress and validating the grieving process. Registration is required for zoom link.
Discussion leader will be James Butler, Chaplain/ Bereavement Coordinator from the Heart of Texas Hospice here in Spring Branch.
