Healthy Texan Week Event

Description

Healthy Texan Week is a nutrition campaign that teaches Texans about easy ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into their diets. Join us for this family friendly event, as we partner with community organizations and share healthy meal ideas, tips, and resources. Kids will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of fruits and vegetables and physical activity through arts and crafts, games, and food tastings.

Information on community resources will be available for all families as well.

This program is provided in collaboration with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Comal County.
