Herbal Tea Making Class

Description

Join Lynn of Trava Herbal Wellness for a Tea Making class.  In this class you'll: 

• Enjoy a locally harvested and blended tea as an introduction to the class.
• Become familiar with the history of tea making.
• Get to know several medicinal herbs on the basis of how they are used and how their energetic properties are taken into consideration when blending a tea.
• Become familiar with those herbs by smelling, tasting, and observing the herbs.
• Mindfully combine your own custom blend, based on what you have learned, and try out your tea blend. 
• You will take your personal custom blend home with you!

All materials are provided. All herbs are organically grown, and/or sustainably wild harvested, many of which are produced locally.
