Join us at our inaugural Preserve Our Hill Country Environment fundraising dinner and auction in the heart of the Texas Hill Country at Castle Avalon. Great food, libations, music, and dancing—just for starters. Silent and live auctions will top off the evening as we toast everything that we love about our one-of-a-kind Hill Country—including your own honey! All proceeds will support legal counsel and experts needed to protect our Hill Country from the aggressive and insufficiently regulated expansion of the aggregate industry.
