Holidays are suppose to be a very happy magical time, however for some it is a difficult time. Whether the loss is from the passing of a loved one or seeing a loved one loosing memory to Alzheimer's/Dementia disease, dealing with a new normal can be difficult. This interactive discussion works through healthy coping, ways to bust stress and validating the grieving process.
