Heighten crime awareness and drug prevention
We invite you to be a part of our National Night Out for 2019. The City of Bulverde will celebrate the Annual (Texas) National Night Out event on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Bulverde is registered as an official participant for NNO 2019.
This year we’ve entered the National Night Out Awards Program for cities with populations under 15,000. Last year Bulverde placed 2nd in Texas and 12th in the nation in the National Night Out Awards Program. This year with everyone’s participation, we feel confident that Bulverde will be ranked higher and receive the national recognition it deserves.
In 2018 more than 700 Bulverde residents gathered at 19 events throughout the city, and 2019 looks like Bulverde will host a record number of events. NNO events will be in neighborhoods throughout Bulverde, which average 10 – 30 attendees, with Oakland Estates topping out at 120 attendees. We are also exploring the possibility of combining some events for this year, and need your input.
We look forward to working with you to make Bulverde’s National Night Out 2019 the best ever.
