Nutcracker Auditions with American Dance Co.

Join us for Nutcracker Auditions, August 23rd.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a professional production, learn amazing choreography, and work with master teachers, dancers, and performers in Ballet Texas' The Nutcracker at the Brauntex Theatre.

Audition Schedule:
9:00-10:00 3-6 yr olds
10:00-11:00 7-11 yr olds
11:00-12:00 11 & up Intermediate
12:00-1:30 11 & up Advanced

What to expect:
*Performance Dates: December 18-21 at the Brauntex Theatre
*$25 audition fee payable to ADC.
*Rehearsals are held every Saturday in September, October, November, and December (excluding November 22nd) at American Dance Co.
*Rehearsal for younger cast members (3-6 yrs) are held every Saturday in October, November, and December (excluding November 22nd) at American Dance Co.
*Tech Week will be held December 14-17, 5:00-9:00pm. No parents allowed in the theatre during Tech Week.
*If cast, Dancers MUST be available for ALL scheduled rehearsals and performances.
*Pre-registered dancers please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the audition to sign in.
*Audition attire: black leotard, pink tights, ballet slippers for girls, black pants or shorts, white t-shirt, black ballet slippers for boys, girls’ hair neatly secured. If on pointe bring pointe shoes.
*Nutcracker performance contracts will be available at auditions.
*A non-refundable participation fee will be due for each dancer accepted into the cast.
*Pre-registration for Nutcracker Auditions is required.
