Join us to make Health and Wellness part of your story as we work to get fit this summer through our Walk Across Texas Walking and Movement Program. Each week we will focus on a new way to get fit and stay healthy.

This week we will learn a few facts about Body Sculpting and join Christiane in an online Body Sculpting class.
