Jymann will present Eating Healthy When Eating Out and also include some Walking Tips to Keep Moving during this summer.
Join us to make Health and Wellness part of your story as we work to get fit this summer through our Walk Across Texas Walking and Movement Program. Each week we will focus on a new way to get fit and stay healthy.
Join Jymann from the Comal AgriLife Extension office as we talk about how to get healthy this summer. More details will be added soon.
