Should voters choose their representatives or should representatives choose their voters?
The League of Women Voters of the Comal Area (LWVCA) invites the public to join an online meeting to discuss how legislative districts are drawn in our state and steps we can take to ensure that the public is part of the process.
The meeting will be recorded for later viewing on the LWVCA YouTube channel LWV Comal Area.
Fair Maps Texas spokesperson and LWV of Texas Redistricting Issue Chair Stephanie Swanson will provide updates on the latest court cases, the Texas 87th Legislative Session and the potential impact on local legislative districts.
