Workshop: Connect with Local Customers on Google

Join us as we celebrate National Veteran Small Business Week with a livestream presentation by a Google trainer focused on supporting the growth of veteran-led businesses.

This workshop covers key features of Google My Business that help connect businesses with local customers, promote special offers and grow brand awareness. This complimentary event enables local entrepreneurs to expand their digital footprint to promote their veteran-led business on Google Search and Maps.

During this workshop, we will also help visitors verify their business on Google, and give you details on how to avoid scammers that claim to be calling from, or representing, Google. As an official Grow With Google High Impact Partner, with an on-staff Google Trusted Verifier, we work to empower businesses on how to utilize Google services, and avoid common misrepresentation about how Google works.

You do not have to be a veteran to attend. You do not need a computer to participate, but you are welcome to bring your own computer if you wish. There will be a take-home handout and free Google gear for participants. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
