Kindergarten Teacher Aide

Position Description: Bracken Christian School partners with Christian families through the leadership and guidance of the Holy Spirit to provide an excellent education within the context of a biblical worldview, equipping students to impact their communities for Christ.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting teachers with activities and instruction, while incorporating a biblical worldview. In addition, you will help organize the class, while creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere for students.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Has proven experience as a classroom assistant or childcare worker

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Strong Christian faith and personal testimony

• Prior Christian school experience

• Proven experience as a lower grade elementary school teacher

• Knowledge of Google Workspace?
