Ranch Radio Marketing Group is looking for an Advertising Account Executive to join our sales team!

We're a locally owned media company serving the Texas Hill Country with five established radio stations and a growing portfolio of digital marketing solutions.
What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities throughout the Hill Country.
• Develop customized radio and digital advertising campaigns.
• Help businesses strengthen their brands, reach customers, and grow.
• Manage and grow your own portfolio of advertising clients.

• A self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting new people, and developing business.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to work independently.
• Previous business-to-business sales experience is a plus.
