J & A Hill Country Cleaning is hiring reliable cleaners to join our team serving the Greater San Antonio area, including North San Antonio, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and nearby communities.

We provide residential cleaning and post-construction cleaning services and are looking for dependable people who take pride in doing quality work.

Pay
$15 – $20 per hour depending on experience

Schedule
Part-time to start (approximately 3 days per week)
Daytime hours
No nights
Weekends are not required

Minimum Pay Guarantee
Once scheduled for the day, team members are guaranteed a minimum of 4 hours of pay, even if the schedule finishes earlier.

Responsibilities
Residential house cleaning
Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Dusting furniture and surfaces
Cleaning bedrooms and living areas
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Working efficiently with a small team

Requirements
Cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to stay active throughout the day
