  Well, hello there!   Cats may enjoy sunny windows and warm rooms, but extreme heat can cause dehydration, heat exhaustion, or life-threatening heatstroke. Most cats are comfortable between 60° and 80°F, with 65°–75°F considered ideal indoors. Once temperatures rise above 80° F, cats—especially those accustomed to air conditioning—should be watched carefully.
