Kitchen Hours:
Shift hours are flexible
Tuesday – Thursday (3:30 - 10:00 pm)
Friday and Saturday (3:00 - 11:00)
We are currently looking for someone to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available if desired.
Kitchen Staff Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and plate menu items for customer appeal, taking into account appearance, portion size, and appropriate food temperature
  • Interpret food orders and carry out directions accurately
  • Assist with cleaning dishes and occasionally busing tables when time permits
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and report items that need to be reordered
  • Ensure food is prepared for the following day based on par level
  • Empty trash as needed, wipe countertops, mop kitchen floor at the end of shift
 
Requirements:
  • Must be able to multi-task, and ensure accuracy and speed in preparing menu items
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Maintain Cleanliness
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
