• Greet customers with enthusiam
• Interpret food orders and carry out directions accurately
• Assist with cleaning dishes and busing tables when needed
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the Bar/Restaurant
• Monitor inventory and report items that need to be reordered
• Empty trash as needed, wipe countertops, prepare for the day.

• Must be able to multi-task, and ensure accuracy and speed in taking orders
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
